📦 Export downloads a single JSON file with all your data (leads, billing, tasks, notes, settings). Send this file to share your CRM state — recipient opens ArcAscend and uses Import to load it. Also useful for backups and moving to a new device.

⚠ Important: Sharing the Netlify URL alone does NOT share your data. The URL shares the app; data lives in each user's browser. For true live multi-user sharing (everyone sees the same data in real-time), you need the Supabase backend setup — see Supabase_Migration_Guide.pdf.

Reset clears every lead, task, bucket, and campaign back to empty. Confirms first.

Toggle which tabs show in the navigation bar. Turn off the ones you don't use.

To build a custom tab: close this, click ⚙ Filters in the toolbar, pick your conditions (e.g. Status = Closed Won + Active Client = Yes), then click the green + Save as Tab button. Name it and it appears in the nav. You can manage custom tabs from the 🎯 Buckets tab (Pin/Unpin) or click the ✕ on the tab itself.
